The workshop has been carefully designed to balance the participations from Robotics Industry, Academia and Smart City End User, so as the organizing committee.

A series of focused presentations (10+5 minutes each) is designed to provide opportunity to listen the different types of stakeholders. Further the speakers are carefully invited to showcase some successful EU Projects at the cross section of Smart City and Intelligent Robots, as proof of concept and to create more mutual-awareness in the cross communities. 

This will be followed by a panel discussion, again balancing panellists from Robotics Industry, Academia, Smart City End User. It will be open to audience and derived by their active participation.
